The bumper sticker wouldn’t nearly be as funny without the damage and vice versa. A good capture indeed.

lol damage is old and been there a while, you can see some of the exposed metal has rust on it, people are either cheap or havent got the time to fix it
clear tape so if he brakes or puts on his lights so that the car behind him can see it…
the rust part can be, but maybe its some paint of the car that bumped him from behind ?!
